- McKayla helped me to pick out my dress! Actually, everyone helped. I borrowed Kim's veil and we bought my dress from a place in Boise with many choices of modest dresses. The dress was too big, so they had to do alterations. It turned out beautiful. Since we bought the dress, rather than renting, I'll be trying to decide what to do with it in the future - cut it apart and use it to make a blessing gown for future daughters? I think I can do that.
