We spent the first day of 2009.... skiing! We went to Brighton with Uncle Doug, Aunt Suzie, Michael & Shelby. James & Michael explored every jump on every run and we only saw them long enough for a group photo. Oh, and lunch.
I spent the day on the groomed runs with the rest of the gang. We had a great day! Toward the end, I introduced Shelby to 'rabbit runs' - the bumpy, sneak-between-trees trails along the edges of other runs. She did great! On our last run, I let her lead the way down the trails & she soon out-distanced me! I can't snowplow that fast anymore.
