Not sure if Uncle James was the "safe" spot, but the little girls sure loved to run and follow him around. (Christy, Bree, James, Carter & Tyler)
Opa pushing Ellie on the backyard swing and Jake watching.
For Christmas, Mom gave me a copy of "Stone Soup" starring the girls in Oma's preschool. I brought it with me and the kids (especially Ellie) loved pointing out their cousins and seeing their own pictures. (Bree, Christy, Jake, Jessi and Ellie)
Hallie was the star of the weekend at her baptism and confirmation. So glad that the Price Grands could come with us! (Before McKayla was baptised in August 2010, we requested that they just plan on being our travel buddies for baptisms. They made it to McKayla's, Emma's and now Hallie's.)
Afterwards - Opa and Jake
Opa making the 'popcorn' trees snow on the kids.
A video of Opa climbing into the tree to shake petals onto the kids - thank you James for capturing this moment!
A wonderful, fun weekend to witness Hallie's baptism. Thanks to the Price Grands for coming along and sharing the travel costs. And then for the company on the long drive back to Utah on Sunday afternoon. I dropped James off at the Boise airport early in the morning on Sunday. He made it home to Cordova in time to see his mom (Hi Mom!) on Mother's Day. And I got to spend some time on Mother's Day with my mom (Hi Mom!) and her mom (Hi Grandma!).
P.S. James helped me pick out some maternity clothes for Mother's Day. Thanks for a very appropriate gift!
