We got to adopt my cousin, Michael for a few days. (Actually, I think Doug & Suzie adopted us as their spare children for the rest of forever - Love you guys!)
We picked Michael up at the airport on Friday (3/20) evening, chased after his new skis, played XBox, went skiing at Brighton on Saturday (3/21), played XBox, went to Trevor's homecoming in Ogden on Sunday (3/22) & visited with family while James & I went to the Draper Temple Dedication with G&G and Castellaws, played XBox, dropped Michael off with friends on Monday (3/23) to go skiing. Met up with Doug & Suzie for dinner and to get Michael his luggage. Picked Michael up on Thurs (3/26) after he'd been skiing with friends, played XBox. Skied at Snow Basin on Friday (3/27) with Uncle Doug. Met up with the family at the Walker Grandparents' house on Saturday (3/28) for more chasing after new skis and to watch Twilight and to play games. Whew.
James & Michael would stay up late at night, playing on the XBox. I'd set the timer to go off at 11:30 - as a "IT IS LATE" reminder and go to bed - I have no idea what time the boys actually went to sleep. We LOVED skiing with Michael & he was a wonderful guest - offered to take out garbages and do dishes. Thank you Doug & Suzie for taking us out to dinner & we enjoyed playing games at the Walker Grandparents house. We're sooooo glad you call us when you come to Utah!
