Classic Fun Center - August 2, 2012

Price Family Reunion starts tomorrow, so what to do with all the cousins that come to town tonight?  We go swimming!  We played at the Classic Fun Center in Sandy.  They have a little water park that was perfect.  We bought a group.on that included entrance to the water park, a pizza and a pitcher of soda and 20 tokens for the arcade center. We bought four group.ons to get all the kids into the park, so with four large pizzas we didn't even have to worry about feeding all these cousins.

James and Lincoln in the little-kid-pool. Lincoln played for about 20 minutes in the pool (before taking a nap for the rest of the evening)

Sometimes the little-kid-pool was mellow and the kids had plenty of room: Stella and Jake

And sometimes it was a mad-house: James, Lincoln, Ellie, Aspen, Stella and Jake

The big kids really enjoyed these four waterslides.  Stella

James and I enjoyed racing the kids and each other down the different slides.  It is a good workout, climbing the hill to the slides, over and over and over again.  A Thursday evening was perfect, we never had to wait longer than two or three people ahead and usually we got to go right away.

Classic Fun Center also has a roller skating floor (which we didn't use) and an arcade.  After the waterpark closed, we went into the arcade to spend our tokens.  Oma, Jake and Ellie play whack-a-shark.

Jake and Ellie in a helicopter ride.  Aren't they cute?  Take a good look because in about three years, the kids in the next picture are going to look a lot like these two....

Lincoln and Rachel in the same little helicopter.

This was a perfect way to play and visit and enjoy a hot summer day.
